What Data We Collect and How?
We currently collect and process the following information:

- Contact data: Postal address (including billing and repair address), email address and telephone numbers (including mobile phone number).
- Quotation data: quotation request and the repairs carried out for you.
- Profile data: Marketing preferences, location, purchase history, feedback, and survey responses.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system (please read our Cookie Policy).
- Correspondence data: communications between you and Revive!

Do we transfer your personal data outside of the United Kingdom?
We store all your personal data on servers hosted in the UK. The only exceptions are when we invite you to use WorldPay to process excess payments or when we invite you to gives us feedback via Trustpilot; both providers use servers hosted in the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). The UK-EU Adequacy Decision covers transferring personal data from the UK to the EEA.
How do we store your personal data?
The security of your personal data is essential to us, and to protect your data, we take several necessary measures, including the following:
- Limiting access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties with a legitimate need to know and ensuring that they are subject to duties of confidentiality.
- Procedures for dealing with data breaches (the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, your personal data), including notifying you and/or the Information Commissioner’s Office where we are legally required.
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
- We regularly conduct scenario planning and crisis management exercises to ensure that we are ready to respond to cyberattacks and data security incidents.
- Security protocols to protect the entire Revive! infrastructure from external attacks.
- Our data security approach is set out in internal policies, and we regularly train all employees in data protection and cybersecurity.
- We have signed data processing agreements with all third-party organisations processing personal data on our behalf.
How long will we retain your personal data?
We will not keep your personal data any longer than necessary, and when it is surplus to requirements per our Retention and Data Disposal Policy, we will securely destroy your personal data.
What are your Individual Rights?
Under data protection law, you have rights, including:

- The Right to Rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
