Revive! Sponsor BTCC Champion Andrew Jordan

“Securing sponsors is one of the hardest jobs in Motorsport. With that said, it makes me even more proud to have been with Revive! since 2012. This sort of long standing relationship is down to our fantastic working relationship. It’s not just about the branding on the car, or the live TV coverage, it’s also about how we work together off the track to get the Revive! name out there to as many people as possible”

Revive! has a longstanding relationship with Andrew, having started sponsoring him in 2012. The following year, in 2013, Andrew came first in the overall standings and won the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.

You could say we were his good luck charm?

In 2020, Andrew stepped away from the BTCC due to difficulties created by the COVID-19 pandemic, but as one of the UK’s leading motorsport competitors he has maintained his status as a Scalextric ambassador and Goodwood ambassador.

Revive! are delighted to continue our partnership with Andrew – in what is now our twelfth year working together – as he continues with his Mini Miglia Racing Programme.

The Dunlop Mini Miglia series truly pushes the envelope of classic Mini performance, with highly-tuned 1275cc engines, slick Dunlop racing tyres and Ohlins motorsport dampers. These top-flight racing Minis can average over 95mph at Thruxton, although it’s the incredible cornering speeds that really set them apart.

Raced across 17 rounds at some of the UK’s most beloved circuits, the Mini Miglia challenge pits veteran racers such as Andrew Jordan against junior up and comers who are touted at future superstars.

The Jordan name is well known amongst the paddock with three members of the family competing in various classes of Mini, including Mike Jordan, who currently competes in the Dunlop Mini Se7en challenge, while younger brother Bradley competes in the Dunlop M7 S-Class series.

As well as his success in BTCC, Andrew is also the official track tester for Goodwood Road & Racing.

He often races at Goodwood Revival, Festival of Speed and Member’s Meetings and even builds and races celebrity owned cars, including the treasured Lotus Cortina of Howard Donald from Take That.

Jordan also runs a successful classic car workshop alongside his father and fellow racing driver, Mike Jordan.

Well beloved slot car manufacturer Scalextric have produced a scale model of Andrew’s BMW 330i M-Sport from the 2019 season which features the Revive! branding, including our website on the bonnet.

Also available is Andrew’s classic Mini Miglia car featuring the full Revive! livery recreated in exact detail in 1/32 scale.

We’re incredibly proud to see our brand represented on such an iconic toy that’s been around since the 1950s.
