Revive! Expands Head Office Support Team

Kelly Blackmore-Lee has joined the Revive! head office support team as head of franchise operations South.

Previously head of compliance at the British Franchise Association (bfa), Kelly has considerable experience working within the franchise industry. Before moving to the bfa she held senior roles at both the Dream Doors and Shakeaway franchises.

Revive! has re-structured its business development team to manage the demands of its growing nationwide franchisee network. Previously looking after the whole UK, Julie Eley will now focus on supporting and developing the businesses of franchisees in the North while Kelly’s time will be devoted to assisting those in the South.

Holding a Master’s degree in law, Kelly will also work with Revive! operations director Terry Mullen on renewals, sales and legal and territory matters.

Said Kelly: “I’ve been watching Revive! go from strength to strength for the past ten years, so when the opportunity presented itself to join the team it was an easy decision to make.  I enjoyed my time at the bfa but wanted to get back into hands on franchising and am really looking forward to working with the franchisees in my area.  Helping franchisees grow their businesses is what it’s all about and I’ve got heaps of experience I can’t wait to share.”

Commenting on the new appointment, Terry Mullen said: “As our network of accredited repairers grows, it’s important to make sure that we continue to give our franchisees the level and quality of business support they expect from Revive! The ambition and drive amongst the network is phenomenal and by splitting the franchise operations role, we will be able to work even more closely with franchisees to help them develop and expand their businesses.”

“I’m delighted to welcome Kelly to our head office support team. She has a huge amount of experience gained in different franchising sectors and at the bfa and I am sure this knowledge will be very valuable to us here at Revive!”
