It’s a cliché we know but Revive! really is all about our people. We’ve combined expert knowledge with a pioneering spirit to bring a superior bodywork repair service to customers nationwide. The support team and franchisees share a hunger for technical excellence and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
Mark Llewellyn – Managing Director (Sales & Marketing)
Mark founded the business 25 years ago with a single van, operating from his parents’ house. As the business grew, he rebranded as Revive!, with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.
His approach led to working alongside the Institute for the Motor Industry and other bodies to drive up standards and establish the leading nationally recognised qualifications within the mobile paint repair sector.
Mark has also twice been elected as a board member of the British Franchise Association by UK franchisors, helping to influence ethical franchising in the UK and demonstrating his stature and reputation for excellence in the sector.
Outside work, Mark is an avid rugby fan and in a former life, played at a reasonable level in the UK, France and Canada. He has run three London Marathons and several half marathons, raising money for Children with Cancer.
Terry Mullen – Managing Director (Finance & Operations)
She has been an integral part of the company’s growth, overseeing the work of the finance team, developing the appropriate business systems to support the Revive! network, managing day-to-day operations for our support staff and creating structures to recruit, train and manage new people.
Terry was instrumental in leading Revive! to achieve their Investors in People accreditation on the first attempt and has underpinned the growth and development of the highly successful business model used by franchisees.
Cathryn Hayes – Franchise Director
Cathryn joined the board of Revive! in 2016 to help further strategic plans for the franchise. She previously spent 20 years as Head of Franchising at HSBC, followed by 18 months at the British Franchise Association supporting the executive team in the absence of the Director General. Her experience gives Cathryn a unique perspective in franchising.
Cathryn has a very high profile in the industry, and judged the most prestigious accolades in the sector, the bfa HSBC Franchisor and Franchisee of the Year awards, for many years.
She continues to contribute regular articles to franchise press and other business media, as well as attending and speaking at franchising events across the UK.
Kelly Blackmore-Lee – Business Development Director
As the former head of compliance at the bfa, Kelly was responsible for setting and upholding the standards for UK franchising and helping promote those standards to the government and other organisations. It’s fair to say she’s seen more than most when it comes to the good and bad of franchising!
Previously, she spent a decade overseeing the national growth of a kitchen retail franchise, as well as the international growth of a major food & beverage brand.
Originally joining Revive! to look after our southern operations, Kelly’s wealth of experience and impressive results supporting franchisees saw her appointed to the board in 2018.
