Revive! supports next generation of Job Hunters at Ashlawn School, Rugby

Recently a number of key staff from Revive! Head Office took some time out of their day to support the next generation of job hunters from Ashlawn School in Rugby with a series of Mock Job Interviews. The interviews were designed to prepare the Year 13 students for life outside of the school environment when they are exploring their opportunities in the working world.

Sarah Pritchard and Joe Nicholson both visited the school on 3rd October and interviewed a number of different students with a variety of different career aspirations. The Revive! team interviewed students looking for jobs in everything from marketing and politics all the way through to Pokemon Card collectors and full-time streamers.

The staff and students were very thankful for Revive!’s presence on the day as our staff were able to provide valuable feedback on where they could improve their interview techniques and how they could better prepare themselves prior to attending a job interview.

Revive! staff were impressed with the professionalism of the students on the day, who had clearly made an effort to prepare and took the process seriously, as if it were a real job interview. It was certainly an enjoyable experience for all involved and provided a valuable opportunity for our staff to brush up on their own interview techniques.

Who knows, maybe there were some future Revive! technicians and staff members in the halls that day. We’ll have to wait and see.
