This exciting award was based on our ‘great performance and consistency in the stats for the whole of 2025’. Revive!’s technicians put on an outstanding performance in 2025 and really represented themselves excellently to our Premia Solutions customers. Revive! managed to meet or exceed all SLA targets for customer contact time, trust pilot scores, low complaint levels and avoidable returns.
