Revive! Open Day Draws Nationwide Talent Following Successful Recruitment Drive

Revive! Auto Innovations, the industry’s leading Mobile SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technique) Repair firm recently held an exciting Open Day event at their headquarters in Rugby, Warwickshire to celebrate the climax of their national recruitment outreach campaign.
The event held on Saturday 9th May saw candidates from across the country attend Revive!’s head office and IMI training academy to learn more about the skills required to become a part of the industry leading brand.
The open day was led by Revive!’s Training Manager George Mullen who took the attendees through several tasks and training sessions designed to highlight the unique skills the business requires of its network of over 250 IMI accredited mobile technicians. This included how to use a paint gun, repairing a car panel, a tour of a Revive! van and even a spraying competition with a small prize for the winner.
“This was not only a chance for the candidates to get to know the Revive! brand, but it also gave us the opportunity to get to know the candidates and their individual skills in a far less intensive environment than a professional job interview”, commented Richard Graves, Director of Operations at Revive! UK.
“This Open Day event is the culmination of our National recruitment campaign, we saw over a hundred applications as a result of this concertive effort involving our Recruitment, Marketing and Training teams. In an industry that is trying to persevere through an ongoing technician and skills shortage this is an incredible achievement, and we aren’t looking to stop here.”
There were a number of standout candidates on the day who all showed strong potential as future members of the Revive! Network. These attendees will be followed up with as part of our ongoing assessment process.
