Revive! Leads the Way for 2026
The Revive! annual conference is the biggest event in the company calendar and gives franchisees and their technicians the opportunity to network with each other, catch up with head office staff, meet suppliers and hear how the business has performed.
And what a year it was! Revive! Auto Innovations, the UK’s leading independent provider of Smart Repairs to the automotive industry, delivered £26.5m in network sales in 2025, an increase of 10% year-on-year. The franchise opened its second IMI approved technician training centre and welcomed 8 new franchisees to the network. In addition, the volume of 5* Trustpilot reviews is at an all-time high, and for the fifth year running, franchisees gave Revive! the highly sought after 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction rating in the independent WorkBuzz survey.
Held once again at the home of England football, St George’s Park in Burton upon Trent on 8 March, the theme for 2026 was Leading the Way. Over 125 franchisees and technicians attended the event which has become the highlight of the year for everyone involved with this industry-leading automotive franchise.
An action-packed day time agenda included a keynote address from Cliff Deller, automotive advisor and consultant at Orchid Automotive. He shared his insights into the challenges the motor industry faces and shared his thoughts on what is ahead in the UK automotive sector. Delegates also heard from a panel of franchisees, as well as updates about forthcoming business development, IT and marketing initiatives.
Long service awards went to Jon Miles, Revive! Bromley and Russ Hudson, Revive! West Lincs both celebrating 20 years in the franchise. Andy Johnson, Revive! York and Bruce Memory, Revive! Shrewsbury were recognised for 15 years and Tom Giles, Revive! Aberdeen, Jai and Reena Patel, Revive! Gloucester, Hicham Bouissa, Revive! Uxbridge and Kyle Thorburn, Revive! Slough all received five year awards.
The conference closed with a gala dinner and awards night, hosted by hosted by Revive!’s Franchise Growth team of Richard Taylor and Joe Nicholson. Revive!’s joint managing directors, Mark Llewellyn and Terry Mullen presented trophies and prizes to 14 winners across eight award categories.
The Franchisee of the Year Gold Award went to Jay Belam, owner of Revive! Surrey. The team at Surrey topped the network league table for dealership sales and came second in retail. Additionally, Judges chose Jay as the winner of this award because of his outstanding business leadership and management structures.
Silver went to Revive! East Anglia, Revive!’s largest franchise by turnover. The team continue to deliver the highest “pounds & pence” growth in the network and have driven significant growth in retail sales. Revive! East Anglia director Adam Holmes was also named the 2026 Brand Ambassador for his enthusiastic support and engagement with Revive! events, from the Executive Learning Programme and regional meetings to Cookie Day and Doughnut Day.
The Customer Service Award was won for a second year running by Steve Thatcher, owner of Revive! Portsmouth. During 2025 Revive! Portsmouth achieved a 4.98 Trustpilot rating with 400 + reviews and holds a 5-star Google Business Profile rating. Revive! Southampton was also Highly Commended in this category.
The Retail Award went to Anthony Wilcock, owner of Revive! Sussex Coast for consistently achieving retail sales conversion rates of over 30%. Revive! East Anglia was also highly commended in this category.
Ethan Rozario from Revive! Crewe won the Newcomer of the Year award with impressive sales results after only 20 months since launch.
Liam McBride, owner of Revive! Bolton and his team picked up the most prizes on the night. Liam won the Marketeer of the Year award for the second year in a row, as well as being named the Bronze winner in the coveted Franchisee of the Year category. He was also the first winner of the Revive! Way award, a new award for the 2026 event, for the franchisee who follows the Revive! Way, from the processes laid out in the operations manual to the delivery of the franchise’s core values and everything in between.
Bolton’s fourth award of the night was won by technician Dan Entwistle who was named Technician of the Year. One of the top 10 technicians in the network in terms of sales productivity, Dan has helped build his franchise through hard work, dedication and a willingness to help and support in any way he can.
Also in the Technician of the Year category, was Alex Gooch, longest serving member of Revive! Gloucester and Bristol Central, who won the Silver award for being amongst the top ten wheel technicians in the network and achieving a high volume of sales. Bronze went to Maciej Kwiatek from Revive! Exeter for his outstanding technical ability, productivity, and customer service skills.
Commenting at the end of another energising annual conference, Mark Llewellyn said: “Terry and I founded Revive! in 2004, and while we’ve always believed in the potential of this business, the scale of our growth in recent years has been extraordinary. It’s inspiring to see just how ambitious our network is about pushing even further. Even with the strong position we’re in today, no one sees this as a finishing line. There’s a real shared drive to keep building, keep improving, and keep growing. That collective momentum is incredibly exciting.”
