Our head office team is vital to supporting our mobile technicians and franchisees. We are looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full time Sales Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for managing and converting the leads generated by our website and telephone enquiries. It’s essential that you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail as accurate quoting for repairs and clever scheduling of the work will be vital to success.
Communicating on the phone will be a key aspect of this role, so a confident telephone manner is a must as well as having great interpersonal skills.
You will work within the busy UK team, but you will be required to interact often with other departments within the company.
Ideally, you’ll have previous sales experience in a similar role, the ability to convert sales over the phone and enjoy working to challenging targets and deadlines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurate quoting of leads
- Conversion of leads to sales
- Scheduling of retail repairs in collaboration with other departments/technicians in order to maximise sales
Assisting with roll out Marketing Campaigns where applicable
- Analysing sales data and providing feedback to the Service Delivery Manager in order to maximise sales
- Actively partaking in any learning and development opportunities designed to enhance the Revive! service offering
