Our head office team is vital to supporting our mobile technicians and franchisees. We are looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will report to the Retail Sales Supervisor and be responsible for managing and converting the leads generated by our website and telephone enquiries. It’s essential that you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail as accurate quoting for repairs and efficient scheduling of the work will be vital to your success.
Communicating on the phone will be a key aspect of this role, so a confident telephone manner is a must as well as having great interpersonal skills.
You will work within the busy UK sales team, but you will also be interacting often with other departments in the company.
Ideally, you’ll have previous sales experience in a similar role, the ability to convert sales over the phone and enjoy working to challenging targets and deadlines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurate quoting of leads
- Conversion of leads to sales
- Scheduling of retail repairs in collaboration with other departments / technicians in order to maximise sales
- Assisting with the rollout of marketing campaigns where applicable
- Analysing retail reports and retail data, using this to provide feedback to the Service Delivery Manager about progress and possible improvements to the retail process
- Actively engaging with any training opportunities that would allow you to develop within your role
