Our head office team is vital to supporting our mobile technicians and franchisees. We are looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our team and fill the position of Admin & Accounts Assistant.
It is essential that you have administration experience as we need someone who can hit the ground running. Good organisational skills are also essential.
As well as processing sales and purchase invoices, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting credit control
• Ordering new vans for the network
• Handling the outfitting of new vans
• Taking card payments over the phone
• Organising the company staff events
• General office duties
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Rugby.
£16,575.00 to £18,525.00 per annum
