Our head office team is vital to supporting our mobile technicians and franchisees. We are looking to strengthen our Franchisee Services by recruiting a full time Accounts Assistant.
In this junior position you will report to the Franchise Services Manager and will support our bookkeeping team with inputting for Franchisees management accounts. Internal training will be provided and there is opportunity for progression within the team.
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic with good communication skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Inputting of customer payments
- Processing purchase invoices and other costs
- Taking card payments over the phone
- General office duties
- Assisting with franchisees credit control
- Supporting other departments
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Rugby.
