Our head office team is vital to supporting our mobile technicians and franchisees. We are looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full time Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper.
It’s essential that you have bookkeeping experience as we need someone who can hit the ground running. Experience with payroll is highly desirable, but not essential.
As well as processing full management reports for our franchisees, you will also be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of weekly and monthly sales
- Processing customer payments
- Emailing credit control statements to customers
- Processing purchase invoices and other costs
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- VAT returns
- Support to franchisees and other departments
